Refund Policy for Tresor Academy
All courses, workshops, mentorship programs, webinars, subscriptions, and educational services offered by Tresor Academy are non-refundable. We strongly believe in the quality, educational value, and learning experience provided through our platform.
Exceptional Refund Circumstances
Refund requests may only be considered under exceptional situations approved by Tresor Academy management. Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the conditions mentioned below.
Platform Access Issues
If workshop or course access is not granted due to a technical issue despite successful payment, and the issue remains unresolved for more than 7 working days after reporting the concern, users may become eligible for a refund review.
Duplicate Payments
If a user accidentally completes duplicate payments for the same workshop or educational offering, the duplicate amount may be refunded through the original payment method used during the transaction.
Event Cancellation
If a webinar, workshop, mentorship session, or educational event is cancelled directly by Tresor Academy, eligible participants may receive a refund for the respective registration amount.
Refund Processing Timeline
All approved refund requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval through the original payment channel whenever applicable.
